At The Trumpet Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage prints. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (including "change of mind"). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and if applicable, in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@thetrumpetshopvintageprints.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For these items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@thetrumpetshopvintageprints.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail.

• Return Shipping Cost: For defective items, return shipping is free. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
