Returns & Exchanges

At The Trumpet Shop, all products are printed to order and distributed through a global network of suppliers. Because each piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Except in the case of damaged or defective items (as outlined below), all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at orders@thetrumpetshopvintageprints.com. To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and include clear images of the issue.

Cancellations

As our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are at the sole discretion of The Trumpet Shop. Once a refund is confirmed in writing, please allow 14 days for the credit to be processed back to your original payment method.
