January 2023 Service Update

 

Due to the residual effects of the industrial action taken by Royal Mail in December 2022, followed by the ongoing complications caused by the Royal Mail “cyber incident” in January 2023 - please be advised that all order dispatches (UK and International) have been disrupted.

This is a hugely frustrating situation to be in and please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this - please be assured that I’m working to dispatch as many orders as is possible each day.

(While this situation is ongoing, all prints and frames will remain at 50% off.)
