Service Update (September 21st 2020)
All current orders are in hand and I am dispatching as many as possible in as sequential an order as possible, with priority to the longest standing orders first.
Please be assured that I haven't altered my approach to dealing with the current order backlog in any way, although I have had to revert from setting specific deadlines for dispatch windows. I am still facing ongoing unpredictable elements each week in servicing your orders, which were causing mini disruptions and therefore creating inconsistencies in meeting expectations.
Keeping on top of all communication threads has certainly been one of the biggest challenges faced so far, and I have tried different ways to maintain the most effective way of keeping you up to date with order enquiries.

I am also trying to scale existing activity as best i can, which means that there will still be posts and adverts on social media, but with a strong degree of measure about their reach. Stopping all activity would be counter productive in the longer term.
I cant pretend that it hasn't been a hugely challenging period to try an operate smoothly in as a one man band business, and I can only apologise for any frustration caused by your shopping experience.
Overall, the support and enthusiasm shown for The Trumpet Shop has been incredible - I can't thank you all enough for that, it means the world.
